  • Where can I buy the BTBAG?

    BTBAG is currently available on this website. We ship internationally with free shipping for orders of 2 or more bags.

  • Is the bag heavy or too big?

    The BTBAG weighs only 2.2 lbs. When compressed to work-mode, the bag can fit the standard carriers hand-carry size requirements. The bag is made of lightweight materials so the bag itself is average weight.

  • Is it waterproof?

    The main outer fabric of the BTBAG is made of polyester fabric that can stand water splashes and rain pour. 

  • Where is the bag made?

    We have a manufacturing company in Vietnam that is directly involved in the production of the BTBAG backpack. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We can ship anywhere in the world subject to taxes and custom duties of your respective countries.

  • Are there other sizes of the bag?

    For now, the BTBAG is only available in one size.

  • Is there a separate laptop pocket?

    Yes. The bag has a dedicated laptop compartment with foam and lining to protect your device. It is also suspended from the bottom to prevent damages from accidental bumps. There is also a separate sleeve for your iPads and tablets.
